Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for the services it covers. Information you provide about open roles must be accurate and must comply with applicable employment and advertising laws.
No Guarantee of Employment or Results
Job listings on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may be filled, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice. R&H Staffing does not guarantee that any position will be available, that any application will result in an interview or placement, or that a placement will continue for any particular length of time. Nothing on the Site alters the at-will nature of employment where at-will employment applies.
Content You Submit
You are responsible for the content you submit through the Site. By submitting content, you grant R&H Staffing a non-exclusive right to use, store, reproduce, and share that content as needed to evaluate your submission and provide staffing services. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information belonging to a current or former employer. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
